Why does the president use so many pens to sign a document?

This may sound weird, but: If it's a major bill, everyone wants souvenirs. (Especially if it's a popular President. ) What better souvenir than: (one of) THE PEN(s) THAT THE BILL WAS(were) SIGNED WITH!

So he can give them away as souveniers to the VIP's present at the signing.

These pens are a great honor to receive if you have been involved in the creation of the bill.

They use 1 for each letter of their name. Those pens, in turn, are given to certain special guests at the legislation signing.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
