Why does the water sometimes look "cloudy" or "milky"?

Tiny bubbles of air in the water cause the cloudiness. Those bubbles may also cause the water to appear white or foamy, similar to the appearance of water in a rushing stream. This does not indicate any problem and clears when the water is left to sit for a few minutes.

This is just an aesthetic not a health concern. If cloudy water does persist, please notify the Region of Peel so that the matter can be investigated. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
