Yes sir they can and they must restore justice to the Justice Department! They have the ability to subpoena hire special prosecutors, de fund it and legislate it out of existence if need be.

DOJ has been a protective agency in federal government for various issues including Madoff fraud and the mortgage scams back through the Bush administration.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
