Here are some actual facts that contradict your liberal talking points. The military is mostly conservative. Most wars in the past 100 years have been started by Democrats.

Most combat arms personnel are white (ie the ones fighting and dying). Minorities tend to go into support jobs. The military is a microcosm of the US as a whole with middle class and upper middle class (not poor as the poor are less likely to be accepted) making up the majority of those serving.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
