Why Don’t Jews Of Israel Believe In Jesus Whilst Expecting The World To Believe In Jesus?

Because the Jews were expecting the Messiah to come with pomp and glory and the salvation they expected was one which was earthy, as in restoring the kingdom of the Jews to one with the magnitude of Solomon's glory. Instead God sent s Son to be born of a virgin, in a manger, earn s living as a carpenter, become an itinerant preacher, and finally suffer the ignoble humiliating death of crucifixion in the hands of those whom the Jews expected the Messiah to overthrow. And where in the world did you get the idea that Jews want the world to believe in Jesus?

They're just a little better than Sharia muslims in that you can bring in the Bible freely, but try proselytizing a Jew, in Israel, and you'll find out exactly what they think of Christ, Christianity, and Christians. And I'm not talking of the average Jew on the street. I'm talking about their government, from what I gathered from Christian friends who've been there.

The Jewish and Christian faiths share many of the same basic beliefs. Among these is the belief that God will send a Messiah, a savior to lead the people in as an actual embodiment of his will on Earth. The difference lies in that Christians believe that Jesus of Nazareth was the prophesied Messiah, but the Jews do not.

They hold that Jesus was a Rabbi (holy teacher) and a prophet, but not the true Messiah.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
