Why is God different in the new testament from the old testament?

The old testament was written hundreds of years earlier by very different people.

Dear Barak; The God of the Old and New is the same God. HE forgave in the Old (see when the Priest mediated the process, and the sacrifices for sin). The LORD has always been a forgiving God, a peaceful God and a loving God.

Mankind rebelled against HIM. And like any relationship where one violates someone's heart, there is a reaction. The good news is Jesus died for sins.

HE provided the penalty for all the violations: sins, trespasses, iniquity--so you would not be killed, could enjoy blessing, wholeness, peace, prosperity and best of all know God for yourself. Peace and grace.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
