Why is ISO Certification valuable to YRC?

Internally, it is a way to keep our focus on quality. We all know what we are supposed to do to provide a high-quality product. We know we want to avoid shortages, damages and service failures.

We know we want to provide superior customer service. This quality model ensures that we have a documented process on how to do this, that we all understand it, and that we all are looking for compliance from each other. It brings quality back into focus for us.

Externally, we are seeing more and more customers ask for ISO certification from their vendors. We will gain a competitive advantage over our competition if we are ISO certified. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
