Why is it that I get 98 page impression and make 0.13 and then I get 25 impressions and I get 0.09?

Because the CPM varies depending on which adverts are showing and how much they have bid for their space so you might get cheaper adverts showing one day to the next. Am finding the CPM average lower this month than last.

I guess. Surely these ads are relevant to what my page is about though.. and if all my pages remain the same and I do not make any hubs the CPM should roughly stay the same.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
