Why lion is called the king of the jungle?

I have no idea, since they generally don't live in the jungle.

Because of the male lions mane and their powerful jaws and muscle and how lions are feared by every animal but rhinos, elephants, and hippos. How they are good at hunting how brave they are and also in each pride there are almost only one male lion in each and the rest lionnesses. If a male lion comes up to a pride he challenges the king of the pride to fight until the death.

If the king wins, the strange male lion has to leave (unless he's dead, of course. ) or if the male lion wins, he becomes king. That's why they are called king of the jungle.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
