Why should I even claim a page if someone is going to come along and completely ruin/undo everything I did to make the page good?

Many brains can combine to make a page great. ; you can always delete content that is inaccurate, or rewrite a contribution that is poorly written. Taking everyone's contributions, and merging them with your own work, will create a page that is generally better than you could put together alone. As the manager of the page, you'll reap the benefits of everyone else's hard work!

I feel that way about all of the pages that I developed in the Greenhouse. It was one thing when we worked on them and gave them up to Mahalo... but having another "person" claiming them has been a little hard to watch.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
