Why won't your 2003 kia start after replacing the fuel pump?

Assuming that it is not installed or wired backwards, turn on the key and push in on the schrader valve on the fuel rail on the engine intake until fuel comes out ( keep a rag handy so you don't get sprayed,) once you have fuel to the rail try starting again.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
