Why would Muslims want to build a mosque at Ground Zero in New York City?

They don't need another, at least not there anyway. All thats about is rubbing the American peoples nose in shabazz and the liberals are going along with'em.

Muslims americans are the ones that we should be backing, the ones who hold moderate views but we never hear about because the terrorists have hijacked that religion. There is nothing constitutionally or legally wrong with building a mosque at that location. If we shut this project down because of bigoted views, it is a clear victory for the terrorists.

Plus, the mosque/community center/athletic complex isn't even at ground zero its two blocks away.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
