Why would the Conservative controlled Supreme Court find the Arizona law unconstitutional?

I'm so tired of people saying that this law discriminates against Hispanics. Well has anyone thought that Hispanics discriminate against Americans every single day when they sneak in here and many of them plague America with drugs and violence? Of course Mexico doesn't want Arizona too fully enforce this law.

Then they'd have to deal with their own citizens. Mexico is a country in shambles. Are we simply to allow ourselves to be like Mexico?

And as for the "genius" who said because there are now two policies in act, federal and Arizona's. This is ALREADY a federal law. Arizona just made it a state law so that their governor can enforce it themselves and not wait on inept presidents.

When has ANYONE here EVER been pulled over for a traffic violation and not had to prove their identity with a state license or identification card? Never. The contract the legal aliens agree to upon coming into this country and or becoming citizens states that they must ALWAYS have their papers on them.

This is nothing new And btw "Illegal alien" is not only Hispanic. It covers every single illegal person who comes to this country.

Because Mexico knows that millions of Mexicans are good for the USA. I mean, these people made Mexico a paradise of affluence and opportunity, so why not let them come here and do the same for us?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
