Why would the rear wheels lock up when braking?

Answer if discs/rotors, over compensating on rear brakes ( basically means too much braking power is going to the back ) Baised too much to the rear if drums, warped drums, sticking shoes oil on brakes would do that.

DOOR LOCKS WHICH CAUSED DRIVER TO BE LOCKED INSIDE OF VEHICLE. Wasn't locked in. TIRE BLEW OUT DUE TO ERROR IN ASSEMBLY.

Must have been a defective Johnson Rod in the tire. SUNVISORS IN VEHICLE, WHEN IN USE, CAUSE VISION BLOCKAGE. ENDED SPIND AND SLID; LOST CONTROL HITTING A WALL, IMPACT 1:00 AND AGAIN 5:00 POSITION.

Damned Turbo chargers again!
