Why wouldn't all criminals use suppressors on their weapons?

There's no applications that ask if you've been arrested. You can be arrested for murder and rape tomorrow. If you're found not guilty of those things, it's all good.

You have to be criminally responsible for something before it ends up on a record, and no one cares about failure to provide auto insurance if you had it, and even if you didn't, it's a minor offense at best.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
