Will I be okay with a 128MB video card in my new Dell laptop with Vista? I have 3GB of RAM...See more below?

I have done some tests with 64 vs. 32 bit OSes on my system, which has 3 GB or RAM (or did at the time). I don't have my benchmark results anymore, but I remember that while there was an increase in CPU performance with the 64 bit OS, the 64 bit OS also used about 10% more RAM. The exact performance increase probably varies by CPU model, OS type, and benchmark type, but for me it was significant, so I went with the 64 bit version.

Opinions on this vary. Do you want more RAM available, or more CPU performance? Windows 7 uses quite a bit of RAM, but 3 gigabytes is a generous amount for what you need to do with your laptop.

I would go with the 64 bit version, but don't take my word for it - do some benchmarks yourself with both versions, then make a decision based on your data. http://www.howtogeek.com/111733/how-to-b...

Make use of the best. Install 64 bit version of Windows. It would be much faster than 32 bit version.

You will see the change especially when you use Adobe Photoshop. 64 bit windows will carry out processes very much faster since it can take upto 64 bits of instructions. 3GB is is enough for your purpose.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
