Will My FX-6300 OC'd to 4.5ghz bottleneck a 7970 oc edition video card?

Since you felt the need for an AMD card....the turbo boost is in a way an overclock within itself.....so if you ( for what ever reason you feel the " I gotta be cool need " to overclock that ....A....M....D card , you will cancel out the turbo boost....because that is as fast as it will go before it crashes or overheats....yada yada....

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
