No. It means we are more likely to see more of the same policies that helped set up the economic collapse of 2008, which means we are less likely to fix the economy. Economic numbers might look nice, but it will likely be based on some market bubble on the verge of popping.
I don't think the economy can be fixed as long as American workers are forced to compete with Chinese labor while trying to maintain an American standard of living.
Nope - 10-20 years if ever to "fix" the economy. We had an economic "9/11" and there is no coming back from it until the way we regulate business and the markets is drastically changed. But that is not going to happen due to politics so any recovery will be very very slow and American will never return to its former "glory" as a world power.
Accept it and adapt.
Fix" - no. It will take years (maybe decades) for our economy to be fixed. Improve...hope so.
The only ones who can fix the economy is the people living in America. We will have to start spending our money buying American made products like, cars & clothes. The big corporations like Apple, HP and others will have to start manufacturing their products in America and quit sending our money to China. American workforce will have to be more productive to compensate for the higher wages paid here compared to Asian countries.
Then Corporations will hire, will expand and will create enough jobs to get Americans back to work and start spending to contribute to their own economy. We should quit sitting there doing nothing and wait for someone else like the politicians to get us back to work.
Not if the Republicans keep getting in the way of Obama's reforms. It took Bush 8 years to get us into this economic mess, so I really think Republicans should just back the f*ck up and let the Democrats take charge for once.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
