Will recovery cd's make recovery partion in hdd?

If the system came with a recovery partition and the disks were supplied with it, or created from the same machine, yes.

Depends on the individual recovery CD. I have a Toshiba made in 2008 and its recovery disc allows to create partitions to have more than 1 drive letter.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
