No. Technical direction for the project will be based on the contributions of the members of the OpenJDK community. The code and technology itself will evolve based on the merits of the committers and other contributors to the code base.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
