The easiest way is to look for clues. When his gloves are down that's when you use the jump punch yo hit him in the face. When he flashes white, he's getting ready to attack so get ready to dodge and counterattack.

In round 1, 40 seconds, round 2, 30 seconds, round 3, 30 seconds is when he steps back and gets ready to throw his most powerful punches. That's when it's time to start dodging then attack. When he's getting ready to wind up then it's time to dodge.

After a few dodge, go back to upper cuts and jump punches. You want to constantly attack his face. I think he's called glass job because he has a glass jaw.
