It will fit. 700C is a European size that corresponds to a rim just slightly smaller than 27". The difference in diameter is only about 1/8", which means you can't use a 700C tire on a 27" rim, but you'll have no problem with the tube.

The other measure is in millimeters. 25mm is approximately 1 inch, and 32mm is approximately 1¼", so that's the right tube for your tire. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
