Drink water, and wait for the effects to fade off. The water won't make you get sober any quicker, but it will help you from getting dehydrated. Actually you should have had a couple of bottles of water before drinking.

Basically one drink takes about an hour to go through your system...so that gives you a clue as to how long you will be intoxicated..
