Windows 8 Failure configuring Windows updates, Reverting changes, Do not turn off your computer?

It's possible that by turning the computer off that you corrupted the Windows Registry. You may wind up having to reinstall the Windows 8 operating system. I've had certain Windows updates take a couple of hours if there are conflicts between the updates which can happen if there are a dozen or so Windows updates.

Wait another couple of hours. Yes, it takes hours and hours.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
