Without an activation code for Rosetta Stone (used product), what restrictions will I have?

It does work! I think the only thing you don't have without the activation code is assistance from rosetta stone via phone or e-mail. I have all 5 levels in version 3.

They all work well. When installing them, I was asked if I wanted to activate the product. I chose no.

Without being able to activate it, you will not be able to use it. That's a pretty big restiction.
