Taekwondo does require some athletism but this should in no way disadvantage you starting at your age. I myself started when I was about 13 years old, and am still practicing now 29 years later! I currently run an adults program, and frequently get adults mid 20s to 30s joining my club.
I would recommend you start on a simple exercise and flexibility program before the class starts, and ensure you are well rested and hydrated on the day. Good luck! And enjoy it!
No you're not to old. I started when I was 10 but you don't have to start that early. It's really fun but requires discipline and focus.
Be sure to respect your sensei. Competitions are the best when you're ready for em. Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
