If by perfectly normal you mean living like a normal person does, yes. Plenty of people with autism have jobs, careers, and get married. A lot of it depends on parenting, and how severe his high functioning autism is.
If you mean the autism goes away, then sorry, but no. It's lifelong.
No, he will never be "normal." At 15 he may be as functionally developed as he ever will be. I don't see any reason to tell him.
"Normal" for him might not be normal for you, but he can have a good life. If college isn't an option for him, you'll need to start thinking about job training and how he will live as an adult.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
