Israel has a flourishing industry *spying* technology etc! Since he's self made and knows how the world works shouldn't be too hard to prosper to an even higher status in Israel! China has a reputation for ignoring intellectual property, patents, hacking, cyber shenanigans! Sugar might find the real world of China a trifle too challenging!

His real estate expertise unlikely to come in handy. They already have ample projects, awaiting "tenants". Or maybe he's trying to buy prime assets on the cheap, by scaring people into selling to him!

At his time of life does he have the ability to learn the inns/outs of Chinese? How fast will he be quiting, for Chinese shores? How does China treat irate backstabbing businessmen?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
