I understand that he can't be ousted unless at least 24 out of 31 Board members vote against him..... he probably believes that he can garner at least 8 votes in his favour if put to test right now.... nevertheless, Pawar is reported to be the key man behind the clamour for his removal and he is certainly more shrewd a politician than Srinivasan anyday. I think Srinivasan can not escape loss of BCCI Presidency and it is only a matter of time..... I have a feeling he knows this reality and perhaps is simply trying to choose the right time to go so as to make sure that his other careers and businesses are put to the least possible harm under the circumstances. As to the point that he has not personally committed any crime, I think this kind of logic doesn't apply at all in 'high places'.
Sympathy must be reserved for people who deserve. Aise to Kasab ko bhi marna nai chaihiye tha. Regards.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
