Would you: rather have job that pays really well but you hate or job that you really love but it?

I have a friend who has a job she loves, has a wonderful boss, and everyone tells her that is stupid! :( Why? Because she'd rather work for less and be happy?

We get one life, I think it's best to be happy, because that is your LIFE :).

Great question. I think for me it depends on how much I love the minimum wage job. If it's my dream job and I'm really happy then I would take that anyday.

I am on a disability so this is a piece of cake for me to answer. I think that your health would eventually suffer if you worked at a job that you hated. Money doesn't buy happiness as they say, so I would rather be happy doing what I love and broke than being financially comfortable but dreading going to work everyday.

All that the stress and dread is going to do is over-flow into every other aspect of life.

Hands down.........A job that I love! Striving for that now and it already feels so much better to go for what your heart, mind and soul really wants, not what society thinks you "should" do with your life. A job that is not fulfulling you mentally, creatively and even compensating you properly is not worth it.

Yes, we all have to make a living and feed our families and ourselves, but at what cost? As long as my physical and mental health are in balance, sky is the limit and the money will come eventually with a positive attitude and the will and courage to boldly explore your dreams and talents. I know so many people that get paid really well and their lives outside of the job is a nightmare.

This is easy for me because I had a job that paid very well that I just despised! After a while, I even started to become sick from all of the stress. I would take the job I loved and do additional work on the side to make ends meet if needed.No amount of money is worth being sick and miserable for.

Also, when you really love and are passionate about what you are doing, there's a very good chance for other opportunities to manifest!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
