Would you say an online coloring in application was graphic design software?

A web-based software for basic colouring is considered graphic design software. However, it is widely recognized as basic and non-professional grade. Aviary offers basic to intermediate level web-based graphic design software that may be used for some professional work—though not much.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
