You need to teach her a replacement skill. If she's doing it because she really likes your car, so maybe teach her how to pat it 3 times instead of kissing it. If she's doing it as a sensory thing (she might like the feel of the warm metal against her lips), come up with something else that is smooth, warm, and metal that would be more appropriate to put her lips on.
