A question for married people: do you tell your spouse if you are going out for drinks with a person of the opposite sex?

Probably. It did for me, and it caused some problems for our marriage but given the stress levels for new parents, the lack of sex seemed like the least important issue. The bottom line is things will return to normal eventually.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
