According to Exit Polls..... Russian President Vladimir Putin's party has apparently won the elections in Russia. Considering that Putin has gotten kind of heavy-handed lately, is this the end of the Russian experiment with democracy? Will Bush want to send troops in to insure it remains democratic?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
