A balanced diet includes, meat, fish, fruit, carbs such as rice and potato. My advice would be to eat in moderation. Which means a little bit of everything.
I maintain a balanced diet alongside the gym, I go to five times a week. So I'm able to treat myself to certain things once in a while without piling on the pounds. Fruit juice instead of soft drinks.
Remember all fish, meat, fruit, vegetable, pulse, carbohydrate, will help to maintain your body's natural balance. Just remember not to over indulge. Too much of anything can be a bad thing.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
