No it won't. That processor will only work with motherboards that have an AM3 socket. Only AMD motherboards have AMD AM3 sockets.

The Inspiron 560 has an LGA775 (Socket T). I think the newest processors that fit would be the Core 2 series (Duo/Quad).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
