There are a couple different ways of how to do it Traditional (old) - everything is completely made with drawings, each and every single frame of animation and color; animation is also done by hand, no computers Traditional (new) - main parts of scenes and animation are drawn, but colors and certain frames are digitally added in and animation is done on computers Traditional+CG - some parts are computer generated in 3D, but for the most part, things are done in traditional drawing and digital animation CG - everything is done with computer graphics and created solely in 3D Most animation studios nowadays use new traditional or traditional with CG. If you want to make an anime, CG is the easiest of them all, it just takes some difficulty to learn to learn 3D animation and how to make it look like anime. The old traditional way is also pretty easy, but it takes a lot of drawing skills and time.
I suggest watching the anime, Shirobako, if you want to know a little more about how to make anime, but if you want to know more about the specifics of making anime, then look around for some documentaries about anime studios, they'll tell a lot and in shorter time, but they won't be as entertaining.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
