Don't laugh but I use to use alfalfa for my dog to keep water retention off her when she heart failure. It's a natural way to reduce water retention. Reduce salt.
Try small amounts of exercise, you'll feel worse at first and more bloated but then you'll feel better and lighter. Some have had success with Apple Cider Vinegar as well. earthclinic.com/CURES/fluid_retention.h.
Reduce salt & sodium intake, drink lots of water, and when it's feeling really awful, there is non-caffeinated Diurex. I am also lactose-intolerant and have a problem with bloating. Hope this helps!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
