There seems to be a recurring decorating theme I'm seeing this Christmas. I have been coming across a lot of decorations for the tree and the house which are centered around food. There are some amazing edibles which can be made, then suspended from the Christmas tree by a thread.
Popcorn and cranberry garlands are an all time favorite classic. But other ideas like chocolates and candies in shiny cellophane wrappers can bring color and sparkle. Decorating the table and mantle with food is also an option.
I love taking oranges and adorning them with cloves, there's nothing that smells quite like them. It's a fragrance which I strongly associate with the holidays. Any other fruit can be used in combination with pine or holly branches.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
