Any natural home tip for the prevention of hay fever?

I have heard of the goat milk thing, don't know if it works. For me, going strictly low carbohydrate during hay fever season works. Eat even a little starch or sugar though and get hit bad.

Zero carb is a tough diet to follow, but I did for a couple months every spring when I lived in one town.

Avoid milk based food, corn, eggs, chocolat, nut, seafood, fruits and juices citric and greasy things during 6 or 7 days. At least this will slow down the efect of mucus production. Drink wine and lots of waterI hope this helps.

I've some Hubs with Home remedies if you like to take a look athubpages.com/hub/health-home-easy-remedies.

There is a debate about whether honey helps or makes it worse, but for sure, this works. We lived in the country when we were kids, and mom bought a milk goat and tied her out in the fields where the offending weeds grew. After we drank the milk, everybody's hayfever and poison oak stopped completely being a problem.

I would suggest drinking nettle tea, about 3 times a day. It's a natural anti-histamine and it is rich in vitamin C and iron.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
