Allergies and hay fever I have seasonal allergies especially hay fever in the fall. I am taking medication for a health problem. I checked with my pharmacist and he said to take Claritin (non-drowsy) and I use Nasal Cromm which is a nasal spray you can use 3 to 4 times a day.

That seems to work for me. I would suggest asking your doctor or pharmacist. Spring is coming so everything that starts to pop will bother me.
