Any recommendations for two way radios?

Motorola TalkAbout radios If you are just looking for FRS (Family Radio Service) radios, then Motorola's TalkAbout radios are a good choice. They are well-built and reliable, but a bit expensive. If you want something cheaper, then be careful to choose a well-known brand (Uniden is good, Cobra is okay), because a lot of companies make very junky FRS radios.

One good choice (if you get a Motorola) is the SX700R. Take a look at the various Motorola ones, and you'll probably find one you like.

Also, you should know that if you get one of the "22-channel, 5-mile range" radios, it is in fact a GMRS (General Mobile Radios Service) radio, and you might need an FCC license (the fee is something like $70, and it covers your family as well) to use them. If you need this, it is probably worth it, but iff you don't, be careful to stay on the FRS channels. Sources: My opinion .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
