Rentals Florida is the obvious place. Rentals are high in the winter but not as bad as you might think. There are a LOT of investment condos sitting empty and owners looking for tenants.
They aren’t cheap but they are cheaper than resorts or luxury hotels. There are even some in the Florida Keys if you stay away from the immediate Key West area which is always expensive and heavily booked. Your best bets would probably be along the West Coast away from the major resort areas.
Look for a real estate rental broker on line and contact them to see what’s available. Sources: findvacationrentals.com/states/Florida-K... .
1 There ought to be something in Mexico or closer to the border. Larado is not an inexpensive place to live, but it stays warmer in the winter.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
