A. I don't specifically remember the evolution topic coming up there. We did more of that at the June 14th meeting, I believe, and that was because the other department was present.
We were simply asked questions as to why, for instance, the chemistry book I had suggested was a new author and a new publisher and what did I find to be more suitable in this one than the one we had had previous to this. I do remember Mrs. Brown saying, when I said to her, the reason I suggested this one is that the problems, which were written in greater detail, would be easier for the students to understand, and she agreed and said she could even do the math problems in the chemistry section, which was very good. I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
