I also agree with ryancarter. White lies can be justified, but a lot depend on the chemistry between the one who tells the lie and the one lied to - how that person will react once the truth comes out and whether the lie will be considered 'white'.
There's ALWAYS justification... nobody ever does anything without it. The question is whether or not the person being lied to will value that justification and deem it valid...
Different circumstances would make it acceptable. If a friend tries a dress on in the shop and asks her does she look good in it - be honest. If she is wearing a not so good dress on a night out say its fine.
You cant change anything by saying no and you would just spoil her night.
Simply put, no. I would rather be hurt by the truth than hurt by a lie whether it's "little" or not. If a person is willing to lie to you about something small, that means they would be more than willing to lie about something important.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
