Are american citizens responsible for actions of their government overseas?

They are not rational they are emotional, Most cannot see that the government wants a monopoly on your safety, but cannot deliver. And they do not want to fathom the notion of participating in their own security and well being. And "hope" that guns will be harder to get and the bad guys will not just try harder to get their tools of their trade.

These are people who do not want to think about the possibilities of bad things in the world, and want to wish them away. And demand that you become a wishful thinker as well.

I have nothing against defending oneself and others. But the most compassionate thing is, get a vasectomy or tubal ligation. Why bring new human arrivals into this world.

We just get weirder and weirder.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
