To ask for a photo ID equates to the poll taxes and literacy tests of a shameful page of the American history.

The Dept. Of Safety is giving free photo IDs for people who want to vote, so I think that the people who want to vote will get one.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
