Are the rumours surrounding Herman Cain true?

Usually where there's smoke there's fire. Too many women, too many stories, to many unanswered questions. Circumstantially it appears Herman "likes the women" a little too much.

If there are skeletons in your closet and you're running for public office someone is going to find them out...most of the time.

I think a combination of both. I am not throwing any stones because I am on the outside looking and perceptions are like a... holes everybody has one. However I do believe something in his milk is not clean and everything done in the dark usually comes to light.

I do not think he is being unfairly targeted and I think he is the maker of of his own undoing. The media, whether conservative and more than a bit biased like Fox or more liberal like CNN they are doing the job they were hired to do, covering a story of national importance. Sexual harassment is a problem and it should be brought to the attention of main stream America. However I question the timing.

I would say more but some things are left better unsaid in such a forum.

I don't know. The facts I do know are that he did give this woman money, and he admits that his wife did not know about the money. Right there--with that fact, he's lost me whether there was an affair or not.

I don't care. I am just glad this ignoramus is out of the running! But all right wing GOP candidates are pretty stupid and seem bent on protection of the 1%.

The main problem with "rumors" is that we can never really know how much is true, what is not fact and/or what has been added to, deleted from or even "embelished" upon. My experience with having heard rumors is to take it lightly unless and until some undeniable proof is brought forward. If there is hard and blatant evidence, it's no longer a "rumor."

On the other hand, if the victim of a rumor can bring forth powerful evidence it is false, this needs to be accepted also. Thus far, Mr. Cain is not doing too terribly well, is he? A bit too much spice on his pizzas?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
