No, we pay state sales taxes here in WA state and that's just how it is. We only get refunded for the federal income taxes that are taken out of our paychecks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
