After plugging the HDMI cable back in you should power off your TV then power it back on. At that time make sure it is on the right input. If it is make sure the cable is plugged in good to the computer and TV.

If none of that, restart your computer. 9/10 that will fix it. If that does it do it, then you will need to go into your computers display settings and make sure the a second device is enabled.
